This workshop goes into the topic of evolving and remodelling education to fit the needs of an increasingly digital, decentralised society, and makes parallels with the maker/hacker movement to deduce the effect to mobility, knowledge and freedom in society as a result of free education. By investigating these aspects participants would be able to formulate strategic points that address current challenges in education and public policy around education.
